Tiffany Sterling Japanese Sugar Sifter, 5 5/8 Beautiful Condition, Mono

  
The pictures do not do justice to the condition of this sifter, especially the gold vermeil on both sides of the bowl. The sifter shows little sign of use. The back of the bowl is nicely frosted and heavily vermeiled. The interior of the bowl is also vermeiled, but it is shiny, rather than frosted.

The design is very, very sharp. A nicely done monogram "G" is on the reverse of the handle. "Japanese" is one of the more sought after Tiffany flatware patterns.

It was'sort of're-introduced' as "Audubon" in 1957. There is no comparison between the two. We are offering this beautiful item at a price considerably lower than asked by some others.
